Class Breakdown
Level 1 is entry level CrossFit. When you first sign up you will attend this level for aproxametly 3-4 weeks depending on your abilty. This class is designed to give you a safe transition into crossfit, teaching you every movement and your ability/scale of every movement. After you feel comfortable with all the movements you will graduate to a level 2.
Level 2 is a crossfiter who is familiar with all the crossfit movements and proper ways to scale yourself.
Level 3 is an experienced crossfiter who competes or is looking to crossfit/train at an elite level. Movements is this class are advanced.
