Skill: Muscle Up or Kipping Pull Ups
If you already have Kipping pull ups and Strict Pull ups, you will be working on Muscle ups.
If you are still using a band or have problems with kipping. You will be working on Kipping and Pull ups.

Score as reps for pull ups or muscle ups.
