Alright you paleo challengers!! Today is the beginning of the end of diets that don't work. For 30 days you are not gonna cheat! You will only eat healthy and your gonna see results!
The first couple days might be hard. Make sure you have healthy snacks available so your not as tempted to give in.
Keep a daily journal of everything you eat and drink. Research your foods to make sure what your eating is paleo. The answers are everywhere on the Internet. Get a paleo cool book. Weigh in and sign up at any class.
