On a side note. This isn't a diet that you stop doing on the weekends. It's for 30 straight days in a row. If you've been cheating, you need to give yourself a kick in the ass and toughen up for the next 2 weeks. Be all the way paleo. When else will you have an excuse to tell your family and friends that you can't eat or drink something? Just say "I'm in a paleo competition." You might get peer pressure, but trust me you'll gain respect for sticking with something and not giving in.
