What does the challenge contain? How do you enter?

Please click on the paleo challenge link. If you have any questions ask them here after reading all the rules.
@Buzz There is not one set day or time to sign up. You can sign up and pay at any class next week.

You will log all your meals in your current CrossFit journal or if you'd rather use another journal, that will work too.

This is a strict paleo challenge. Any dairy products are not acceptable. Including protein shakes.

90 day challenge

This is about 225 grams or perhaps even 8 ounces linked with meat per daily schedule.
Mixing the powder either a with water or milk or natural is not problematic.
