With a Running Clock of 8 Mins Complete:
800 Meter Run
Then As Many Rep as Possible:
Shoulder to Overhead M-185 W-135
Rope Climbs
(You must complete at least 5 Rope Climbs and 10 Overhead as a buy in for the workout. All reps after that will count towards your total score. After your 5 Rope Climbs and 10 Overhead are complete you can complete your reps in any form. For example after you complete your buy in, then the rest of the time you can either do a combination of Rope climbs and Shoulder to Overhead, all Rope Climbs or all Shoulder to overheads. Remember you only have 8 mins and you are starting the workout with an 800 M Run so choose wisely!)
Alright DC Members! It's about that time. The CrossFit Games Season will be officially starting today. For those who have not signed up yet, it's not too late! And for those who are signed up we will be holding the Open Workouts for officiating this week on Saturday 02/25/12 for the 9:30 am Session. For those are participating you will each have a judge that will count your reps and judge your movements to make sure you are complete all movements to Games Standards. If you cannot make it this Saturday, please let a a coach know and we can set up a day before the cut off time. But if you can, please try and make it this Saturday. And if you are not planning to do the Open, Saturdays workout will still be open to anyone, and you will be do the same workout that the games people are doing only with the judging.
