Max out in all three and add them up. To figure out who is the strongest pound for pound. Multiply your body weight by three and subtract from your total of all three lifts. This will be recorded and placed on the record wall under our pound for pound strongest athlete.
There will be only 3 attempts for each lift. Warm up accordingly. We will be treating this like competition. One athlete at a time.
